* They seal off sections of pipes in a fast, safe and simple manner, to enable efficient maintenance or other work on a pipe system.
* Designed for sealing sewers, drainage systems, pipelines, and gullies.
* Mainly used during the technical support to repair and to fix the sewers/pipelines/drainage systems/gullies, fixing accidental issues.
* Purposed to be suitable for use in sewers/pipelines/drainage systems/gullies leak locating and testing with air or water. They are used
with PLUGLINE Inflatable Test Plugs as a set to perform tests via the EN 1610:2015 Standard.
* Adequate and suitable for use on testing the pipes in accordance with EN 1610:2015 Standard.
* Made of high-quality special NR/SBR rubber reinforced with kevlar tire (lighter, tougher, and more puncture-resistant) cording.This material can be changed with NBR, CR, EPDM materials according to customer and application requirements.
* Available for pipe diameters from 50 mm (1,97") to 600 mm (23,22").
* These Stoppers are Pneumatic Stoppers, they can be called Pneumatic Ball, Standard inflating/working pressures of PLUG LINE Inflatable Pipe Stoppers are specified as 0.03-0.06Mpa.
* Usable for temperatures from -40 °C (-40 °F) to 70 °C (158 °F).
* Providing have high resistance to chemicals.

Method & Attention

Method:
*	Inflate the airbag before use and check for leaks.
*	Open the pipeline inspection port, slowly lower the pipeline airbag from the inspection port to the desired position, and then inflate the pipeline airbag to the desired pressure.
*	After the inspection, release the gas in the airbag and remove the airbag from the pipeline.
Attention:
*	The pipe inside must be clean, Smooth surface without burrs,otherwise it will affect the blocking result even punctured airbags.
*	The pipe airbags must used in the same size of pipe, Don’t use the small to lead the big.
*	The pipe airbags should not be used outside the pipe joints, as there are seams that can affect the sealing effect.
*	Do not use it under excessive pressure; it is generally sufficient to block the flow of water.
